Drafting, writing, and preparing a book for publication is a labor of love that is yours to control. But it can be difficult to know if your book will be loved by others as much as it’s loved by you. An editor’s job isn’t to disparage you or rip your manuscript to shreds, but help guide and elevate your prose. I will work with you from the big-picture concerns to the small but important details, elevating your manuscript to its full potential.

I am a freelance editor, specializing in fantasy and romance fiction, with the tiniest bit of academic editing on the side. I have been working as a freelance editor for the last two years, having worked with academic presses, indie publishers, and independent authors during that time.

Even with my bachelors degree in Editing and Publishing, along with the two and a half decades on this earth spent reading, storytelling is a constant learning process, and I love helping writers tell their stories their way, in their own time. I promise I don't bite.
