Copy Editing
Copyediting is my bread and butter in the editing biz! A copyedit is focused more on polishing the good work you’ve already crafted, and getting it ready before sending it to agents or publishing it yourself.
I will go through the manuscript, following the Chicago Manual of Style to keep your characters, plot, and setting consistent.
Included:

A detailed style sheet to make sure everything is consistent, from names to backgrounds to timeline to word choice, especially in the case of a series

Indexing
This service is intended for academic and non-fiction manuscripts.

So you finished your book and have it ready for the publisher, but don’t know the first thing about compiling an index. An index is what helps your readers know what topics, people, and places are covered in your book, and where to find them.
I will thoroughly read through your book, compiling topics to address in the index and typeset the index as per industry standard.
