About Me - At Work
I am a fiction editor, indexer, and sometimes typesetter from the Pacific Northwest. I am a graduate from Brigham Young University's Editing and Publishing program and have been freelance editing for the last two years of my life. I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of genres and services, from fantasy and historical fiction to academic papers and indexes.

As a reader, I know what makes a book tick (reading for the last two decades would help with that!). I know how a story moves, how characters speak and act, how foreshadowing and metaphors and literary devices make the story. It's one of my favorite things to focus on----how the prose adds to the story the author wants to share.

As a content editor, my goal is to help you----the creator----bring your vision to life, helping you know how to help your readers enjoy your characters, your world, and your story without any speed bumps or inconsistencies, while you keep your artistic integrity and voice. My goal is to enhance, not detract, and work alongside you to reach that goal.

About Me - At Home
When I'm not editing, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, finding new hobbies to try out (baking bread and pie is the current fix)​, and updating my Letterboxd with more and more movies. I write all the time about my Oh, and trying to keep up with my TBR list. It's a never-ending story, you could say.
